July MLS® sales continue to perform similarly to pre-pandemic years
Comparing July 2023 to July 2022, here is what we're seeing:
  • All Active Listings are up 16%. 
  • All Sales are down 11%. 
  • Single Family Detached average sale price of $406,209 is up 2%.
  • Condominium average sale price of $255,206 is down 6%.
  • Single Family Attached average of $325,883 is up 1%.

We have had a bit of a slow down in the market these last few weeks. I would suggest this is due to a summer lull – people going away to the lake or just taking time off to enjoy the weather.
