Comparing July 2023 to July 2022, here is what we're seeing:
- All Active Listings are up 16%.
- All Sales are down 11%.
- Single Family Detached average sale price of $406,209 is up 2%.
- Condominium average sale price of $255,206 is down 6%.
- Single Family Attached average of $325,883 is up 1%.
We have had a bit of a slow down in the market these last few weeks. I would suggest this is due to a summer lull – people going away to the lake or just taking time off to enjoy the weather.
