March and the 1st quarter of 2024 outpace last year’s MLS® sales

It is more of the same for March 2024. Lack of supply is creating a back-log of buyers wanting to break through and purchase a house. 

Compared to March 2023:

  • All MLS sales are up 11%
  • All MLS active listings are up 1%
  • Total MLS dollar volume is up 21%
  • Residential Detached MLS sales up 7%
  • Average MLS Residential Detached sale price is up 8% to $418,478

  
2024 1st Quarter YTD vs 1st Quarter 2023:

  • YTD RD MLS sales up 11%
  • YTD RD MLS average price up 8%
  • YTD RD MLS dollar volume up 19%
